Knowledge/Skill Transfer
We use experiential methodology for knowledge transfer.

development such as communication, leadership, team building, and customer service, sales, mentoring and coaching. Trainers go through a rigorous training program and certification in house.
We are equipped with and can develop an evaluation system for our partners for ensuring knowledge transfer.
Content Development
We have immense experience in creating and customizing
content especially Instructor Lead Learning solutions. Our parent company being an ISO 9001 certified IT co; we have in house expertise to also develop computer and web based training solutions for you. We can work in house or partner with you to give you your training models with best instructional design
methodology. We can take it further by training your trainers to impart these modules.
Assessments and Evaluation
We create and customize skill and knowledge transfer
assessment /evaluation instruments. We conduct training effectiveness audits in house and for our partners.
Instructor Development
Human Factor has an extremely rigorous internal training of the trainers process. We develop trainers in house. To help you set up your training department, we can develop instructors for you.
