Key responsibilities are to lead, oversee, direct, and manage the creative team for all the creative projects:
Generate idea, manage creative projects from concept to completion, and translate marketing objectives into creative strategies for various media primarily internet and print
Responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department and adhering to required timeframes
Write project creative briefs; set and maintain creative standards for all mediums
Design user interface and take complete ownership of User Interface solution.
Lead design projects, critique work and approve final design executions for very large projects
Interface with clients and prospects, serving as lead creative representative and helping to elicit clear direction on projects
