B.Arch Admission-2012
Eligibility: Admission to B.Arch Programme (5 years) of the NMIMS will be based on the minimum 50% marks in 10+2 exam or equivalent including International IB Diploma (IB certificate awarded is not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board at the first attempt
Math's and English compulsory
NATA score (minimum 80 out of 200)
The candidate must have passed 10+2 exam or equivalent including international IB Diploma (IB certificate awarded is not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board at the first attempt (Maths and English compulsory) and should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks at this examination
Candidates who have not cleared the 10+2 exam in the first attempt are not eligible to apply for the admission to the courses
Further, those candidates who have passed the 10+2 exam by doing a part time course or through distance learning/correspondence/ externally/open school are not eligible to apply for the courses
IB and Cambridge Candidate: Candidates called for admission on the basis of merit and who do not have final marksheet, their seat will be kept on hold
We will accept fees from such candidate but their admission will be confirmed on submission of final mark sheet before the commencement of the program and on payment of fees, failing which next candidate from the merit list will be given admission and seat will not be kept on reserve
Candidates appearing for their final 10+2 examination can also apply but they have to produce all the necessary documents, in original, within the given stipulated time
Those candidates who have passed, or, are appearing for 10+2 examination from a Board/University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the Board/University concerned about the equivalent percentage for the GPA obtained
It is sole responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the necessary and requisite qualification for the admission to the courses at NMIMS
The NMIMS reserves the right to alter the terms of eligibility without intimation to the applicants
Students will have to apply to the NMIMS and should also apply separately to NATA for taking their aptitude test

Please note that hardcopy of application form without NATA and HSC marks and photocopy of the same documents will not be considered and are required to submit the same till 27th June, 2012
Transcript for IB board candidates is compulsory
Candidate has to submit predicted scores separately

Selection Process: The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the application data in terms of academic marks at the 12th std and NATA score
The selection criteria will be based on merit
In this regard, the decision of the NMIMS will be final and undisputable and shall be binding on all concerned
If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/ her in the application form is incorrect, his/ her application for admission to the course, even if selected, will stand immediately cancelled
