Experience: 4+ Years
Primary Technical Skills : Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, XML, Application Server, (Web Sphere / Weblogic), JMS, Rational Rose, UML
Secondary Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming (PL/SQL) on any RDBMS.
Other Requirements : Banking domain experience.
Responsibilities: Manage / Implement complete SDLC components, in particular physical design, development and testing
Lead offshore / onsite teams to deliver high customer satisfaction
Deal with clients who are world -class Banking / Financial institutions
Get involved in projects that include new business application
development, re- engineering existing business applications, migration
across platforms / technologies.
Selection: Technical Test (up to 4 years experience only ) + Interviews
