Desired Candidate Profile
Primary Skills
Four to Five years of designing and programming experience, in Object
Oriented Technologies on Java, JSF, Spring, XML, Tomcat, MS SQL,
Struts, Tiles, Hibernate, Junit, ANT, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, EJB, XSL,
Web Services, Oracle, JBOSS and related fields.
Development of complex Application.
Worked on Rich Client/Server (n-tier), Web, and Enterprise applications and also has hands on experience on design patterns.
Good communication skills
At least 3-4 projects as a team leader.
Secondary Skills:
Good experience in System Study, Requirements gathering, analyzing, and coding.
Self motivated.
