We are a Software development company developing
applications on various platforms for outbound clients. The present
strength of the company is 5, all well experienced on their platforms and
working on High end applications. We are looking forward to expand, to meet our
present requirements and will be recruiting Trainee Candidates (under probation
of 6 months). The following are the terms of recruitment:
The Candidate shall have a flavor for learning
by self, for which we shall be providing the necessary platform.

The Candidate shall be quick in learning and
shall produce results in a short span of time.
3.
For the first 3 months the Candidate shall be paid
Rs.3000/-, which is purely stipend for the Candidate for this period. Only upon
successful completion of the 1st stage (3 months), the Candidate
shall be entitled for the second stage of the probation.
4.
In the second stage of the probation the
Candidate shall be paid salary Rs.5000/-. The Candidate shall prove his
or her ability to learn quickly and an interest to work us within the 3 months.
Upon completion of 6 months of probation the Candidate shall enter the
permanent payroll of the Company. After completion of the probation period the
Candidate shall be paid salary on the basis of performance.
5.
The Candidate shall have to work for at least 1
year with us, so as that company can reap the benefits of training the
Candidate.
6.
The Candidate has to give a 1 month notice to
the company before leaving the Company. The Candidates who are interested
