Desired Candidate Profile :
· Female candidate (Not Mandatory but preferably) with pleasing personality & high level of self confidence.
· Should understand the issues involved in recruitment and should have excellent persuasion skills.
· Should have excellent people skills and understanding of a startup environment.
· Understanding of recruitment in the IT/telecom/retail distribution would be beneficial but not compulsory.
· Should be self motivated and have an inclination to learn and grow in her career.
