Desktop Support Engineer needs to perform these responsibilities:

1. Installation & maintaining and attending day-to-day user's problem calls.
2. Installation and updating of operating system and other software.
3. Configuring & maintaining e-mail accounts.

Desired Profile:
The candidate must be a Graduate
MCSE/CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
