Executive/Sr Executive - Training
The individual will be involved in
delivery of training along the
provided process and soft skills curriculum. He/She would be responsible for the
overall performance of the training batch on their SLA‚s and customer
satisfaction scores post training. The trainer would also be responsible for
refresher training delivery to existing agents on the operations floor.. He/She
would be responsible for working closely with the internal call quality and the
process operations teams to identify agents with knowledge and skills gaps.
He/She will be involved in creating an end to end training intervention in terms
of analyzing the training need, delivering the same as well as mapping and
tracking the impact and effectiveness of training.They would also need to do Pre
and post training analysis and mapping the impact of the training intervention
provided by them. Additionally, the trainers would be expected to take calls,
and calibrate on calls with clients , and internal quality teams when not in
training to stay current and updated on their process knowledge and skills.
This Position reports to the Unit Manager Training
