Job Description:
*Processing of Endorsements (Commercial) as per application received from Agents in US.
*Perform processing activities as instructed by the Team Leader in accordance with the procedures explained during training
*Handle incoming work in accordance with pre-determined departmental deadlines
*Understands and contributes to the achievement of individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators
*Gain knowledge of industry and processes as a prerequisite to assuming further responsibilities
*Interacting with customers related to insuarance related quieries via emails
*Achieve and maintain a minimum level of 100% productivity.
*Ensure errors are less than SLA error % or internal error rate as set by the Team Leader.
