Designation: Management Trainee/Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant
Job Location: Bangalore

Job Profile:
• Review and understand technical/non-technical requirements from the client and conduct top-notch talent searches in IT industry.
• Practice and enhance skills for sourcing passive candidates (headhunting, database reactivation etc.).
• Utilize Job portals and various platforms such as Job boards, Google/Yahoo groups, Alumni groups and online networking tools.
• Actively work on job requisition from existing clients/employers and assist clients at different stages of recruitment life cycle.

Required: 0 – 5 year of relevant experience with excellent communication skills and aptitude
Educational qualification: BCA/B.Com/B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA
