HP Finance provides financial services and consulting on processes, programs and projects to management and to the business. Finance Operations Managers ensures that HP operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls, Manage financial and accounting personnel in the delivery of information to managerment decision-makers and directs the development, implementation and administration of financial planning, reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures

Desired Profile:
Qualification:

* Qualified CA or ICWA.
* Minimum of 10 years experience, of which 6 years plus would be in BPO.
* Working experience in Accounts Payable function would be a BIG PLUS.

Job Discription:
* People Manager Role. The team size would range from 50 to 200 and the job entails delivery of F&A services to either HP controllership or to external Customers.
* The job requires a person who understands accounting flows and is able to manage a large team.
* This person should also be capable of delivering to agree upon service levels.
* This position would require to work on customer timings and if it a team that supports worldwide, the person will come in during the day.
