Mandatory Skills

o Expertise in C++ and C#, database design and modeling. Experience of at least 3 years of designing. Experience of being responsible for systems design for at least 1 medium to large size project from inception to completion.
o System Architect Planning, designing. Review of designs.
o Principles of object-oriented analysis and design.
o Working knowledge of code management tools.
o Project Management Skills Scope Definition and Management, Estimation, Risk Management, Project Status reporting, with focus on Delivery Management.
o Experience in working with testing teams to provide technical assistance, review of schedules to enable quality project deliveries.
o Experience in working on blended projects, Onshore Offshore Model understanding.
o Detailed understanding of Application Development Processes.
o Knowledge of software development cycles.

Desirable Skills

Experience in Design patterns.
Usage of UML tool for requirements and design management.
Exposure to ISO/CMM processes.
