Job Description:
As Executive-Tech Support, he/she will be responsible for monitoring all systems in EA Mobileâs hosting facilities using established monitoring tools. These includes Firewall, Switches, load-balancers, IDPâs and servers. Analyze and Trouble shoot level one issues. Call up personnel assigned for the next level.

Desired Candidate Profile:
â Bachelor's degree in engineering / BâSc stream preferred.
â Intermediate knowledge in Unix/Linux.
â Intermediate knowledge of Windows 2003 server and Active Directory system.
. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
â Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
â Ability to self-manage.
â Good documentation skills.
