Designation     Fresher - Senior Engineer / Tech lead
   Job Description    Fresher - The candidate will be working on Tribal Fusion,s core product using Oracle Database, Java, J2EE, Spring Framework , struts& hibernate.

The right candidateshould be able to drive analytically & creatively in a fast-paced environment, efficiently handle multiple tasks, and enjoy learning new tools and technologies.

   Candidate Profile
Candidates for this position should have the following skills:

The candidate Should be able to drive technically Tribal Fusion,s core product developed using Java/J2EE/Struts/Spring/JBOSS & Oracle Database.

The candidate should have a BE/ BTech/ MTech from IIT/REC in preferably Computer Science/Electronics with 5- 7 yrs experience.

Expertise in writing server side Javacode & in Oracle Database Designing. He / She will be working as an Architect at this position and must be sound in Core Java, J2EE, Oracle database&other internet technologies.

Experience in developing Java code that implements a specified set of API,s used for server side application development.

Experience writing Oracle database code for persistent Java objects. This includes a strong understanding of JDBC and SQL. Experience using a framework such as Spring is a plus.

Experience delivering products with 24/7 reliability requirements.

Should have worked with product Development Company for minimum 5 years.

Should be hands on and driving products efficiently.

Good customer management skills and must be motivated and self driven.
