Job Description:
Administration Executive

Provide administrative support (hotel booking, car rentals, travel arrangements, etc.)
Co-ordination and follow up with all concerned departments to complete any assignment given by the Managing Director.
Manage ad hoc projects including any brand and marketing initiative of the Company.
Handling / Distribution all purchase of Stationery.
Maintaining Housekeeping Standard in Office.
Should be smart & quick in handling things
 Excellent interpersonal skills.
Time Management Skills
Good communication
Marketing related knowledge. He should familiar with Madurai city.
 Good in banking activities.
 Candidate must give at least two references.

Experience Min: 6 months
Salary: 2000-3000
Location: Madurai
Local candidate is preferable.
