- Has to attend inbound calls from US
- Manage and own Helpdesk Tickets/Issues (Open, Raise, follow up, Update, Close issues/helpdesk tickets)
- Call back Client on Status of Helpdesk ticket/issues
- Attend to functional and technical issues raised in US calls
- Collaborate with Support teams until closure of ticket
- Experience working in an IT helpdesk environment for atleast one full year
- Worked and willing to work in shifts and in night shifts.
- Good communication and English language skills
- Basic knowledge of using computers, software applications and internet
- Patient and has the ability to work under pressure
- Quick learner, matured and should have a positive attitude
