Job Description:

Position: Team Lead
Experience: 5+ years
Job Location: Nagpur
Qualification: Any Professional Degree


1. 5+ years of coding experience
2. 3+ years coding experience using ASP.NET (1.1, 2.0), VB.NET & C#
3. 2+ years coding experience with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript CSS, XML, XSL & Web Services
4. 2+ years experience developing Microsoft SQL Databases (7.0/2000/2005)
5. Good knowledge of design patterns.
6. Documentation skills using UML or VISIO, VSS/SVN
7. Good analytical/logic skills
8. Understanding of technology and quality processes
9. Good trouble shooting skills
10. Good R&D, design, coding, debugging & testing (including system and Integration) skills
11. Create WBS for self, and assist juniors
12. Strong understanding of SDLC or RUP Iterative process knowledge
13. Good communication skills, problem solving, team leading
