?ormulation of the detailed sales plan as per ABP
?ay to day monitoring of customer service delivery
?evelop and manage customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction.
?anage customer complaints/ concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Desired Profile:
PGDBA / PGDBM / MBA - Marketing/ Sales / Exports / International business as Majors in the final year from a recognised institute.

Deg. in Engineering from a recognised institute

Project Work in a reputed organisation in the final year as part of the PG curriculum related to Marketing or sales of minerals/ metals/ sales planning. Freshers with less than 1 yr of hands-on experience in marketing or sales of minerals and metals.
