About the Company: Vyom Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. is a fast growing, ISO 9001:2000 Certified IT Company, located in the heart of Electronic City, Bangalore. The company was established about 3 yrs. ago and is catering to more than 1,000 customers world wide. With the current strength of 45 employees, the company is looking for sharper growth. For the latest expansion, the company requires many more bright candidates.

Job Description: Software Developers

    * The Candidate should be BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MSc (IT)
    * Candidates should have 55% or higher throughout their career.
    * 2007 & 2008 passouts can apply.
    * The candidates need to have sound programming concepts and good aptitude.
    * There are multiple requirements and the requirement is immediate.
    * The selected candidates will sign a bond of 2 years with the company.
    * During the first 6 Months of their employment, the candidates will be provided on-job training on different technologies. During this period, the candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month.
    * After Six months, the company will absorb the candidates as permanent employees and they will receive the regular salary, which depends upon their performance in the first 6 months.
    * As a security of the bond, the candidates need to submit a security deposit of Rs. 50,000 only. The bond amount is FULLY refundable WITHOUT INTEREST once the candidate completes the Service Period at the company. The bond amount needs to be deposited only when the candidate gets a job offer. Its not required at the time of walkin interview.

Selection Procedure

    * There will be a written test of basic programming aptitude.
    * The candidates selected in the written test will be called for Technical Interview. You will be asked conceptual questions which you can answer in any programming language.
    * This round will be followed by a final HR round.
