Tech Architect Work is Providing hands-on technical leadership, creating application designs and supervising their implementation & deployment.
Responsibilities:
The Technical Lead will be handling the team size of 6-8 members
Work with Project Manager to come up with project estimates, plan and resource assignments.
Work with Architect and team to deliver high-level and detailed design.
Review team member�s implementation to ensure they follow the design and coding guidelines.
Perform functional code reviews & integration tests.
Work with developers to resolve their technical issues & mentor them.
Work with QA Lead to improve test plan.
Report work status to project manager.
