Direct accountability for the precise and accurate execution and management of TOTAL QUALITY related to seed testing, seed production, seed operations, packaging materials and seed technology processes.
To communicate and coordinate with counterpart functionaries and / or related functionaries in Seed Technology, Seed Production Technology, Seed Operations Technology and Quality Assurance support functions. Maintain all laboratory equipments in a fully operable and predictable manner to ensure that seed testing is in a reliable and timely fashion. Manage and organize the purchases of raw materials and machineries required for a smooth operation of the QA department. Train, coach, support and motivate to develop quality awareness among the QA team, seed production staff, seed processing staff and farmers for seeds quality aspects.
