Program Mgr. work is
ITIL Certified and hands on ITIL based Incident handling process/setup.
Networking certifications ( CCNA & CCNP)
5-8 Year of Experience in WAN operations.
Should be able to handle multi-technology networks for core banking
Should be able to handle & mentor a team of engineers
Experience in Customer handling and Customer Review process and Reporting process.
Experience in SLA Based Operation Management.
Experience in Service Provider / Vendor handling, co-ordination & Management.
Business knowledge on IT Service delivery.
Project Handling ( Technical ) in terms Technical Implementation and Co-ordination.
Knowledge and expertise on Operations Process designing and Review mechanism.
