Program Mgr. work is
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Wipro project execution teams and Customer Executive team for the program
Plan, setup, coordinate and manage periodic review meetings with project stakeholders
Compile project / Program status report and distribute to stakeholders
Monitor project/ Program progress and report project performance to Customer Executive teams
Acts as a contact for escalation to Customer executive team and other vendor executive teams
Extends help to identify project / program risks and mitigation plans along with other stakeholders
Acts as a catalyst for speedy decision making at program level
Acts as source for program level information gathering and dissemination
Help maintain program governance
Helps drive Engagement strategy and monitors Engagement health
Perform weekly reviews with Wipro team, including written project status reports from Wipro and customer
