Production Exec work is
Develop, direct and coordinate plant operations within Company policies and procedures
with clear focus on VM.
Maintain a clean and safe plant complying to all statutory norms.
Responsible for plant production and fill rates.
Establish and direct plant policies and procedures to bench mark.
Ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
Select and train plant production personnel.
Responsible for the product quality control for the plant as well as warranty cost of
the product supplied.
Conduct Training for the Sales and Service Personnel of the distributors.
Prepare & modify documentation for all the machines and the lines.
Providing Pricing mechanism for spares and part list.
Raising of Purchase Orders etc for the raw material and parts required for production.
Getting approvals for all the quality standards such as ISO 9000-2000, OH&SAS etc.
