Mech. Engnr -Telecom Work is Provide servicing, testing, and maintenance of Varian Medical Systems equipment according to instructions and company guidelines to ensure that customers’ equipment operates efficiently at all times.
Perform onsite or in-house servicing repair, maintenance and/or installation of company products
Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
Determine most cost effect repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Manage customers relationships
Prepare service reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
