Head/VP/GM-R&D work is The ideal candidate would have 12- 16 years of strong background in IT IN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT and would be responsible for establishing the overall objectives and initiatives of an engineering department.
Experinec in designing, developing and PRODUCTS applications and Minimum 2 years as Head of vertical managing development of web based applications
Proven ability to work amiably and effectively with multiple disciplines (QA, Product Management, Professional Services and Customer Support)
Must have used the Software Development Life Cycle processes in the projects lead by him .
Should have Strong hands-on technical experience and a demonstrated ability to move a product from conception to delivery on budget, on time, and to specifications.
