Corporate Planning/Strategy Mgr work is Role would require to perform corporate functions which include – MIS evaluation and review, policy matters, Analytical functions including financial analysis to continuously review business performance and help improve business efficiencies which includes Pricing, Inventory Management. Project activities including CAPEX deployment and review. Communication at all levels and coordination. It also covers areas involving IPR, etc.
The candidate should have relevant experience in the defined 2 to 3 areas to be able to provide the necessary framework to build up these activities in the Company.
Skills required are communication, analytical, relationship building and intelligence and well read, smart individual. The individual should be fast and adaptive to continuous learning and acquiring new skills according to change and business growth.
