Collections Mgr work is the Outbound Tele-calling Management & Field Staff Monitoring.
Preparation & implementation of different techniques & tools to improve collections against targets in different buckets.
Regular agency & field visits to improve collections & to resolve customer issues & queries.
Tracking of daily collections & target achievement.
Skip tracing, tracking of daily cash & cheques.
Knowledge of various types of Collection MIS Reports.
Barring, Unbarring actions & waiver calculations, etc.
Routine working (allocation, daily collections, target achievement)
i)Knowledge of software�s like Oracle, POS & proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access.
