Age:The
candidate should complete 17 years ofage
Qualifications:
i)The
candidate seeking admission to any of these courses shouldhavepassed the Higher
Secondary Certificate Examination PUC II / HSC orthe IndianSchool Certificate
Examination (ISCE) or any otherexamination equivalent to10+2/HSC examination of
any recongnizedBoard/University from anySchool/College situated in India/Abroad
after12 years of study.
ii)
Thecandidate should have passed in the subjects of Physics,Chemistry,Biology
& English individually & must haveobtained atleast 50% marksin Physics,
Chemistry & Biology takentogether in the qualifyingexaminations i.e., PUC
II/10+2 / HSC orequivalent.
The
candidateshould also have secured atleast 50% marks in physics,Chemistry&
Biology taken together at KLE-UGAIET - 2013foradmission to MBBS/BDS
courses. The candidate should also have scored50% marksin Englishlanguage.
iii)
Candidates whoare likely to appear or who have appeared for
qualifyingexaminationi.e., PUC II/10+2/HSC or equivalent but whose results have
notbeendeclared will also be considered eligible to appear
forKLE-UGAIET-2013,provided they have offered the above
mentionedsubjects at the saidexamination.
1.Online submission of the application form: A candidateisrequired to complete
the prescribed online application form and submitthesame to the University
online on or before the scheduled date. Acopy of"online" submitted
application form must be printed and sent tothefollowing address along with a
processing fee of Rs. 1500/- only byway of DDfavouring Registrar, KLE
University, payable at Belgaum,
Karnatakaalong with the documentslistedbelow.

Candidates who donot wish to submit application form online, may obtainthe
applicationform along with a Brochure by sending a processing fee ofRs.2000/-
