Founded in September 2007, we specialize in providing adult-work-readiness skills and corporate behavior-based learning programs through our proprietary 7-Step �Nurture-Nature-Growth� system of learning. Our program is for K-12 students, undergraduates, and graduates and for professionals at multiple levels in the corporate sector. Rooted in our �Nurture� modules of �Managing Self� and �Critical Thinking,� our goal is to bring about sustained development of life skills that make the individual self-reliant and an invaluable thinking member of the community, with the ability to have dialogue as opposed to having �learned reactions�.
