India has several advantages over other countries in terms of being the hottest destination of call centers and BPO. Most of the MNCs are interested in outsourcing their operations in India because of cost savings, operational efficiencies, access to a highly talented workforce and improved quality. • China: A major competitor because of the availability of large people of pool. The only drawback here is that they do not have enough English speaking graduates.
