Roles and Responsibilities: ASM,Program Management
Skill & Job Requirements:
Oracle Retail Experience (with at least a good chunk of the following OR
modules: RMS, ReSA, RPM, SIM, RDF, ARI, ORA, RTM, MFP, RIM, RDW).
ASM contract management and ASM end-to-end management (a.k.a Business
Process Outsourcing ((BPO)), but without
Wipro Retail
acquiring the IT department of said retail client).
Engagement governance.
Transition management from the development, test, implementation (deploy)
phases, through post-implementation support and maintenance.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) establishment, management, and improvement and
possibly with other 3rd party contracts.
Ability to manage resources across multiple locations 3 US sites and up to 4
foreign sites.
Some knowledge or involvement with legacy system decommissioning ; includes
experience with the shut-down / removal of existing legacy applications
(AS/400, DB2, CICS, UNIX, etc), removal of libraries, shutting down
mainframes, severing or renegotiating client�s other existing 3rd party
contracts, etc).

Qualification: BA
Experience: >10 YEARS
Skills: As of now, the scope will be an Oracle Retail Application
Maintenance & Support (ASM) engagement (80% of scope), plus other newly
implemented applications / software packages (mostly tied to integration) as
a result (i.e. Tibco, Informatica, GNX, etc).
This engagement and role will also include the support and maintenance of
recently developed interfaces between new (Oracle Retail) applications and
legacy systems until the point of decommissioning.
With the significant majority of ASM work we have (and foresee) in the
Americas , this candidate could feasibly advance to leading the ASM practice
in North and South America. With that also comes the expectation that said
candidate will travel internationally on a frequent basis.
Candidates require the flexibility to be on-site at either of the 3 US
locations for at least 75% of the time during the first 1 - 2 years of the
contract; year 3 will require less face-to-face time as the ASM team is
envisioned to be running smoothly by this time.
