SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

1. The candidate will be responsible for developing Web as well as Desktop application for offshore customer projects at various levels.
2. The candidate should be able to capture the user requirements and design the application on his/her own.
3. Need to handle correspondences with clients.
4. Need to lead a team of 1 - 3 Members.

1. Candidate should have sound knowledge and expertise in ASP.NET, C#.NET, Windows Application, CSS, Java Script, and MS Sql server technologies.
2. Candidate should have sound knowledge and expertise in SDLC & it's related concepts.
3.Good Communication and analytical skills required.
4. Should have experience in leading a team of 1 - 2 members for 1 year.
5. Should have atleast 3 yrs of sound experience in Microsoft Technologies.
6. The candidate should have worked in his current company for a minimum of 1 year.
7. The candidate should have completed a minimum of 2 good ASP.NEt projects (Not the intranet projects) in his current company.
8. The candidate should have completed a minimum of 4 good ASP.NET Projects (Not the intranet projects).
9. Suitable promotion will be given to the candidate within 4 months of joining us.
