Job Description

Independent supervision of Key-Accounts (with Key-Account assignment)

Self-dependent Key-Account-Management

Determination of the local supervision in the individual regions

Documentation of the development of the customer

Determination of sales strategies for the sector Chemical & Fertiliser Industry

Coordination and development of the activities in the
network of the BEUMER-Group

Documentation of the development of the sector

Creation of target figures (e. g. incoming orders)

Specification of market strategies (target figures, handling of the market, activities etc.) for the cooperation with the agencies

Tracking of targets

Professional support of the corresponding representative agencies

Participation in the annual meetings with the agencies

Acquisition

Develop and realise measurements regarding customer loyalties and new customers acquisition

Handling of the market by field presence (proactive marketing)

Independent customer consulting

Presentation of the BEUMER production range

Participation in workshops and fairs (as consultant or stand staff)

Legwork for publications

Handing over of the enquiry

Handing over of all relevant information / documents to the engineer/s / senior engineer/s / proposal preparation

Clarification of questions to the enquiry / proposal with the customer

Negotiation of the technical and commercial concept in the specified framework

Presentation of the technical concept

Benefit argumentation

Negotiate prices self-dependently

Implement commercial conditions self-dependently

Effect contract conclusions self-dependently

Handing over of the order

Handing over of all relevant information / documents to the engineer/s / senior engineer/s proposal preparation

Market observation

Continuing observation and analysis of the market and competition situation

Permanent update of the knowledge of the sector

Permanent update of the knowledge of the competitors

Sifting of specialized press

Candidate who has network to decision maker in the Chemical & Fertiliser Industry with proven track record in the business development.
