* Should be a Graduate/Diploma Holder with excellent communication skills
* Should have 0 - 2 year of experience in similar operations in an IT Organisation.
* Will be the interface between the users and the Engineers.
* Responsible for logging and allocation of the calls.
* Generation of relevant MIS reports.
* Call tracking till resolution.
