Job Description
Sourcing resumes through headhunting, networking and referrals
Support sourcing for Concerned Operations
Target & Goal Oriented.
Must have skills in reference generation, direct sourcing, cold calling, networking and advanced Internet recruiting.
Experience in effective usage of job portals-- Mass mail, Boolean search and job postings.
Handle the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned customers
Taking care of the post joining formalities.
Co-ordinating Induction with the concerened heads.
Desired Candidate Profile
Atleast 0.6 Months to 2 Yrs of Recruitment experience
Good communication skills
