The Roles and Responsibilities for this position include the following:
1. Maintain excellent communication with candidates for scheduling interviews,
collecting additional information and resolving any hiring related issues
2. Assist Senior Management in the Talent Acquisition practice
3. Keep track of the applicant data during the Hiring process cycle.
4. Perform key word search from portal or other
database searches to identify
5. Perform any office administration duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The Requirements for this position include the following:
1. Graduate in any discipline / MBA HR from a reputed institution
2. Up to 1 year recruitment industry experience(desirable)
3. Excelent communication skills in English
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
5. Self starter with a Go Getter attitude
