- Design, develop and implement sub-systems / modules.
- Take initiatives, along with team members to keep updated on new
technologies and use the same to design solutions, which provides
technical and business advantage to our product
- Take part, along with the team members in effective project
management, ensuring that all SDLC processes are followed during all
stages of project.
- Ensure that projects meet schedules, quality and product objectives
- Engineer (Computer Science or any other discipline) with 2-4 years experience in software projects
- Very good experience and strong technical grasp of .net v2.0 - .net Framework, ASP.NET, C# .
- Good knowledge/experience in SQL Server 2000/2005 and implementing web based solutions
- Knowledge/experience of software development tools desirable
- Knowledge of web and content management architectures and technology desirable
- Knowledge and experience in at least one (and preferably both) - of quality processes in ISO9001 and SEI-CMM is a plus
- Experience in offshore development with U.S. companies is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
